Eden is an app for toy collectors who are looking for a streamlined, efficient online toy shopping experience. With Eden, users can stay up to date on the latest releases, compare buying channels to make informed decisions, and easily track preorders and shipping statuses. Eden takes the hassle out of manual searching and comparing, giving users more time to simply enjoy collecting the toys they love.

We focus on people who collect large amounts of collectible toys such as action figures, statues, LEGO, and anime peripherals. They’re enthusiastic about expanding their collections and usually purchase collectible toys online.

How is the process of buying collectible toys different from buying other things
The friction points are around the purchasing behavior, both “before purchase” when they try to make the purchasing decision and “after purchase” when they’re tracking the preorder and shipping.

Companies usually don’t launch new toys in a streamlined manner. Instead, information comes from multiple sources like the official website, expo, social media, and youtube channel. It’s frustrating to miss a new product launch because of a lack of experience.

Users often face multiple purchase channels that offer varying prices, shipping costs, delivery speeds, authenticity, etc. They want to compare these options to make the best choice.

Preordering new products long before they become available is common. It’s a long and uncertain process. It can be challenging to keep up with the preorder status, especially if they are made on multiple sites. Users want clear updates to decide whether to keep the preorder or switch.

Eden gathers scattered pieces of news online and generates a stream of updates tightly related to a specific new product, showcased on a timeline. This approach ensures that users never miss out on the latest updates, and they can evaluate their interest in purchasing a product in a dynamic manner.

Eden streamlines the shopping experience for collectors by listing all buying options from different stores, new or used. It compares key factors, such as price and ETA, horizontally across options, so users can make informed decisions quickly. Eden minimizes manual search and comparison, enabling users to make smart choices with ease.

Eden simplifies the management of online orders by gathering ordering information across all connected accounts. It displays order update highlights on the homepage and monitors detailed preorders and shipping progress on the tracking page. It visualizes new progress clearly to reduce anxiety during the long waiting time.
